CUSTOMER CARE

EARRINGS

  • Laser cut earrings are durable & lightweight but should be handled with care.

  • Store them in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid getting your earrings wet by removing when showering or swimming.

  • To clean use a damp q-tip with water or rubbing alcohol.
     

COMMISSIONED PIECES 

  • All commissioned pieces are meant to be hung indoors unless otherwise specified when requesting a commissioned. 

  • Exterior commissions can be placed outside but we do live in Alaska, so it should be hung or placed in a spot that limits its exposure to the elements to ensure longevity. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please keep in mind that all items are handmade by me, therefore it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

I offer shipping to the United States via First Class and Priority Shipping. Your package will be shipped in a box or envelope with adequate protection. Shipping rates vary by product. Once the product is scanned at the post office it is out of my hands. If your package is lost or stolen, I will work with you and USPS to locate the item or help with a claim. I am a small business of one. I am unable to allocate the extra labor, time, materials, shipping costs, and stress to remake uninsured orders for free and cannot refund out of pocket. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to me for an exchange of equal or lesser value or a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee on the full price of the item. Custom orders or sale items are final and not available for return or exchange. All earrings must be unworn to qualify for return or exchange.

For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured trackable carrier and retain your receipt. Yelloow Art & Design is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged, or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in its original condition.

Please note that each piece is handmade by Tina in her studio and must be cared for and handled delicately as any other piece. We will gladly repair items purchased within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Yelloow Art & Designs is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorization at: hello@yelloowart.com
